My Approach to Health Is Different…
Throughout my healing journey, I tried every diet, supplement, protocol, and medicine prescribed and spent thousands of dollars trying to feel better but nothing ever worked long-term, if at all.
In most situations, my medical team couldn’t explain my symptoms.
I was stuck in a constant spiral of physical, mental, and emotional stress because I didn’t feel good.
Then one day, I stumbled upon Human Design and everything started to make sense.
Human Design is a tool for building self awareness that is grounded in ancient and modern modalities. It is based on your birth date, birth time and location.
It gives you a blueprint for how you were “designed” - your personality traits, your preferred diet, how you should handle stress, how you were meant to communicate, make decisions, and connect with others in a way that is best for YOU.
It is based on the belief that we are all unique, have different strengths, preferences, and sensitivities, and thrive in different environments and on different diets. Put simply, YOU are designed to eat, think and live in a unique and specific way.
Unfortunately we’ve been told since we were born what we should eat, what we should think, what we should do, etc. We are so incredibly conditioned that most people are living in ways they weren’t meant to...which is why so many people are unhappy or unhealthy...or both.
Human Design gives you a permission slip to let go of all those conditioned behaviors that are not serving you and lean into the things that make you YOU. This ultimately brings you more peace, more happiness and more balance to your body, mind, and life.
What Is Human Design?
Hi, I’m Jessica.
I am a certified nutrition coach, as well as a life coach.
I help people stop believing their bodies are broken and I show them how to feel their best.
I guide them through the necessary steps they need to take to create balance in their body, their mind, and their life.
I can do the same for YOU.
I will provide you with some foundational information about how you were designed to eat, think, and live.
As you begin to implement my guidance, you will begin to feel better. In fact, I believe you will feel so good it doesn’t make sense.
In Regards to your physical health and your body:
I can tell you what specific diet you were designed to eat - whether that be grazing all day or having just a few solid meals, or maybe it should be high-protein, low fat or high carb, or maybe it should be hot food or cold food only. This tool will explain to you why certain diets versus others have worked for you or not.
I can tell you what your body is communicating to you in regards to the diet it needs by the symptoms it is giving you. Your body was designed to communicate with you in a very specific way if it does not like the diet you are eating or if you are not giving it the nutrients it needs. These communications will show up in very specific way depending on how your personality traits are linked to your body energetically.
I do the exact same thing regarding stress and the way you are living your life.
